Healthy? Growing to slow?

Hey im growing 3xCheese plants using a basic CFL lighting system. I started adding nutes at 1/4 strength about a week ago, but the rate of growth hardly increased (if at all). My question is are they under sized for being allmost half way through their third week.

Your growth rate is going to be a little slower with cfls over other lighting choices, this is just due to the amount of useful light for the plant. More light intensity will give the plant more energy it can use in growing. You will just need to adjust future grows to the schedule that your lights allow. The plant looks happy so that is all you should worry about and just keep track of your growth rates for your different strains to formulate your grow cycles.
Good Luck

Plants look great. I veg under a panel of 8 T5's. The plants are beefy and strong stemmed. Tight internodal spacing. You're plants look much the same. Keep the light close. Just because you can't see them growing doesn't mean they aren't. Pop one out of it's pot and look at all the root growth. Plants will many times put out an extensive root system before you see much top growth then they explode with top growth.
