Healthy plant?

Hey everyone

I'm trying to figure what's going on with my plant. It's been growing pretty slow from the start but keeps shooting out healthy growth from the top but the lower branch foliage just seems slow going and wrinkled/odd looking. I have a cheap 2 foot light on top and a spot light pointed towards the stock. I was also told my roots maybe underdeveloped due to the medium its in. I used 70/30 buffered coco but mixed it 50/50 with a seed starter potting mix. It takes about a week to dry out or where I'm comfortable watering again and I'm feeding it also every time I water 6-4-4. I'm testing the ppm and ph with strips and looks good. I tested the run off but that was with the nutes added. It's in a 1 gal fabric pot and a 48x24x60 tent. Also it's been 65 days since I dropped this bag seed in a jar of water. Just wondering if I could repot this some how with a new medium or improve its growth. Any help is appreciated!

Bigger pot, LST the main stem down so it becomes a more even canopy, more light if you can, and back off the N a little bit, I see some clawing.

How fast it grows depends mainly on light intensity if everything else is good. I would say your roots are good and do not need to up pot to a 5 gal yet based on pic. Imo the plant looks healthy and happy.

I think your slow growth is due to low lighting. Also, distance plays a huge role with LED, High lights encourage stretching up, while close lights encourage bushy side growth. Since LED's do not get "hot" you can get them very close to the plants without harm.

Imo get your light as close to top of plant as the plant will accept and have a fan circulating air, emulating a breezy day. I would top it now then repot in 5 gal after it recovers / shows new growth.

How about some of the leaves canoeing downwards. It almost seems like they're drying out
