Healthy plant?

Hey, Guys.
Just wanted to ask you does this autoflower look healtht in it's 40th day.
Would love to see some answers and mybe any suggestions.
So the plant is grown in coco with a 400w hpf. I've been feeding it advanced nutrion kit and some additional cal-mag since this week. Ph is 5.8 but i'm thinking about switching to 6.0.
I did a bit of lolipoping today since i'd like to have more high quality buds rather than weaker lower flowers. Was it too late for that and did i harm the plant too much?

no, not after 40 days. heres one at less then 40 days and ive defoliated her because my mum managed to get some plant food on her, house planrt food, so non organic.
i would have expected more growth, but if youve defoliated, then theres no saying how much better she would be.
im no a fan of defoliating auto's, they live for such a short toime, they need all the help they can get

I feed non organic aswell and it had some heat stress in early seedling stage because the grow room wasnt set up properly. You think it will get back on its feet?

no reason why not if you've dialed in the grow room problems, there weeds , and weeds grow fast when there in good conditions

The conditions are a lot better now but the plant is still looking kind of funky, right? Like it has mainly fan leaves with 3 or 4 leaves sticking out and before stretching it was looking a lot more bushier after strech it came out skiny as hell

when you say stretch, did you start the plant on 18-24 hrs of light then flip to 12/12 light/dark?

i was just wondering where the streach came from, mine allways follow the same compact groewing pattern, must have just been the growing conditions or maybe light distance needs to be closer. how close is your bulb to the plant. i have my 250 watt metal halide about 1ft to 1 1/2 ft away from the tops, thats in an open concervatory mind, not in a tent where you get heat build up, hence the need for fans to lower the heat

The bulb is around 40cm from the top with a fan blowing more at the top rather than bottom. When starting out the bulb was around 80-100cm from top. At one point it was really close to it around 20cm but didnt get burnt and i quickly raised it

you will be amazed at what distance you can get away with the bulb being, but that depends on the bulb and wether it requires safty glass. i run some old mh bulbs that require a saftey glass inbetween it and me, they dont have the shatter protection glass and give off nasty light beams that can burn you too.
see how she go's, if you see no improvement, dont hesitate to post your concerns and answers will flow. best of luck with her go go
