Heart:
I've noticed something and I'm curious what you think of it, possible or stoner thinking.
I have bradycardia with a resting HR of 50/bpm and though it is something I've had for most of my life, I rarely if ever suffered any ill effects. I'm not sure if it's an age related issue or just a consequence of a life lived on the fringe...more or less
What I've noticed is that with my use of strains like Cheese and Blueberry Kush, my waking HR is much lower then I care to see, there have been times where it sat closer to 40/bpm and for longer periods of time then usual. It's been taking longer for my HR to adjust to physical exercise and my recovery rate is much quicker once exercise has been halted. I have the education to understand the cardiac aspect of this but my knowledge of these newer strains is quite limited at this point and was curious if anyone here could share their input on this.
Would one strain be more likely to lower HR when compared to another?
Should I be more concerned with the trichome maturity of my plants, in an effort to avoid such a thing?
Soul:
I savour the headiness of the sativa and dwell in the relaxation of the indica, I really enjoy the buzz of a sativa better but the indica helps with pain relief. Right now I have some blueberry growing, so any personal preferences of what I could try next year would be great.
Thanks for your time
