Heat Burn, Nute Deficiency, or what?

If that's the only leaf with some damage I wouldn't worry about it.
Leafs get damaged now and then. you get a little water on them sometimes it might cause a spot or a water burn.
Go through a little check list
Temps- In range?
pH- In range?
watering- am I over watering? "Love kills sometimes" is my plant taking up water?
Nutrients- Good rounded nutrient to give my plant what it needs?
Stems/Petiole- Purple/Red sometimes bad.
Plant- Over all looks good? Looks same as other plants? Nice even Goldie Lox green color not to dark not to light just right?

Okay, water spots would make sense. cause on occassion i do accidentally pour water onto the leaves, and neglect to wipe off the bubbles.

But it's like this on 2 other plants also, It's not super bad, only on a leaf or two.

D: at first i thought it was a Nute burn...which worried the shit out of me lol, but the more i read into it, the more it makes sense its a heat issue.

You should take a pic of the whole plant. we can see what she looks like from top to bottom.
Or you can let it ride for a while see if the problem gets worse. Your call man.

At first, when they were sprouts, i had the lights configured in two holes of a sheet of cardboard, that was covored in mylar to help reflect light back down to the plants. The card board mylar sheet rested on the rim of the planter, Keeping my light the perfect distance from the plants.
I do intend on transplanting them into their own pots soon, just waiting on a few things to arrive in the mail.

I think every thing we can learn from i had a time with coco..with that i learned somuch more reading everything . i went from hydoton and drip to coco.. i ran in to no problems at first since i got good coco. Then i got some unrinsed coco only problems followed so studied everything about coco found out that calcium is needed for buffering the coco instead of just rinseing it for salts .so Now coco seems easy to me i still learn tho .
