Heat Damage ?

Hi all i am into my 5th grow now and have had great harvest on all my crops sofar but this one i have on the go now has megga problems that i need some help with.Its into its 8th week of flower and it looks like it stops and starts going for vege to flower my buds (if u can call them that) are long and skinny.I am thinking it might be heat stress because here in W.A we have had alot of days around the 36-37 deg mark.They sleep from 6am till 6pm
My set up is a 1.4m sq room 2.4m high i have a large fan mounted on the back wall i have a fresh air duct with a inline fan down the bottom of the room and a inline fan hooked up to my 400 hps lamp venting out the top of the box i grow in 50l pots and i grow in coco i have a 100l water tank to feed them and use a water ring around each plant it like a hailo that goes around the bottom of the plant with little water jets around it.Is there any info i have missed? i need help i dont know if i should just rip them and start again or tuff it out and see what happens :wall::cuss::wall:

Adam, high heat will cause running buds, low potency, and will stress the shit outta your plants. Some strains can take a beating, and some cant. You sure you have no light leaks? Light leaks will cause weak flowers, and cause all sorts of hormone issues. Best of luck.

Can i clone from these plants or have i wreaked the strain

You can definetely clone from this strain/plant. It may take a while to root, but it is possible to reuse this plant once the flowering hormone vanishes and returns back to veg mode. Just cut some clones, and you know the rest. Give em 24 hours a light.. yada yada.. Good luck. Peace

Sorry for all the questions but now that the quality of dope is damaged i take it that means the thc level will be far less will it affect my clones will they have a lower thc level or will i get it back with clones

Closetgrowth has hit the nail on the head, once temps hit 32C
the buds don't form properly and resin production stops,
I'm in QLD and have the same problem with summer grows.
Youre clones should be OK and bud properly once the summer ends.

Cool thanks for the help people so i hate summer for more than one reason then damm 36deg days i will post some picks later once i can get in my room and see what you guys think if its worth keeping the girls going on this grow :fire:

they look fine in the pics. to me it looks like u have some sativas that are going to take a lot longer than an average plant. bend them down and remove all the little stuff underneath

They are clones and are in the 8th week of flower but as you say they look like the 3rd week this is why i think something is up with them because i should be smokin about now but instead im on the internet drooling over pics of buds:(

my last 4 grows they were done after 8 weeks so do u think i should leave the in and see how they go or start again
