Heat problem?

i think iam runnin into a heat problem. i got 11 23 watt cfl and 2 45 watt cfls in a 42 X 42 X 8foot area. i got a 85 cfm inline fan exhausting but its like so much warmer at the top then near the plants but there startin to wilt and the tips of the leafs are turning brown. just the very tips. does anyone know where i can get a cheap 4in inline fan with more cfm or got any sugestions on that to do to lower the temp. i also have a dryer vent that runs from the ac of my house to the room and a small fan in there.

you can try to increase airflow into the area, or try and get an exhaust fan for like a kitchen or bathroom with a higher cfm from a home and garden center for cheap. also look online at ebay or hydro shops for a high cfm inline fan.
