Heat problems, 911!! Please help me!

Hey all, my temps just went up about 15 degrees and was way too hot. My plant is wilted and I don't know what to do. The soil is moist still so I don't know if it would cause root rot or just damage more if I tried to water. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. I removed like two lights that weren't really doing much to try to lower temps, I removed all of the foil that basically encased the entire plant and I placed two small fans blowing on it. How hot is it exactly?

I sealed my grow tent finally last night, and my temps went from 20 Celcius to 26 celcius on, hopefully that's not a stressful switch over one day...

I grow in my attic and it usually stays 20deg warmer in my grow room than outside without any ventillation. My room is not insulated and without any ac going on my system but fresh air fans on, stays no hotter than 78 on an 80deg day. My point is if you have enough fresh air coming in and going out then you wont have the heat sitting and building. The fans blowing are ALWAYS a needed addition for every grow. I run a 10sqft room and use 10inch insulated ducting to run fresh air in.

Okay, right now I have 2 23watt 6500k cfl's on each plant. 2 plants total. the heat went from below 70, maybe 68, to about 85 or 90, depending on how close to the lights. I did have one more 23 watt 2700k bulb and a 2 foot broad spectrum floro but I pulled those in hopes of lowering the temperature. I figured it was best to leave the 6500k since they are still in veg. The one plant is fine, just the other is almost completely wilted. Hasn't shown any improvement since I added the fans, pulled the foil away, and removed the 2 lights I mentioned earlier. Any tips are appreciated, thank you in advanced Oh yea, the soil is still wet but I tried spraying a little on the plant, and the temps are still the same. Peace.

Oh yea, the fans are about six inches in diameter, sorry I don't have the stats on the cfm but they were just some I had around the house. The total enclosed area was about 2'x5' but now is completely open. I just don't want to lose my girl. So I think that covers all the info but if you need anymore plz plz let me know and I will gladly add. +++++++++ to alll!!

those little lights? a small fan should handle that.
