Heat problems, just switched to 12/12

Just last night I switched my plants over to 12/12....But I think I had the plants too close to my 400w hps...as they look perfectly green and healthy but the tops all look a little twisted and even white...I bent and tied down the tops just like I've been doing and then switched over to 12/12. I feed with FF Grow Big now and soon I will start on FF Tiger Bloom and Big Bloom, any suggestions on feeding when in flower is much appreciated. Wish I could get pics uploaded...but anyways any suggestions on what I can do to ensure my plants stay healthy after this slight heat burn would be awesome! Maybe attach a fan and duct to my 400w cooltube? ANYTHING HELPS. :)

Hi there the plants tops probably got slight burn from light I would keep a
cool tube with 400 at least 6/8 inches away.from tops and for the feeding go
super light on feeding as I wouldn't recommend.ever following feeding schedule
Unless your ready to see more burn from the nutes start out with
1/4 strength then work your way up to max of half dosage with a 1Tbs
Of molasses mores law doesn't apply to growing marijuana when it comes
To feeding I think it's better to have.a consistent fed plant in soil
Then a over fed toxified soil plant
