Heat stress, on 3 ft tall flowering plant in DWC (HELP)

Well I'm 100 percent sure that the heat stress is coming from the heat off of my 300W LED it was about 2-4inches right below the light maybe even closer I think, but I since then raised it.

The bitch is barley finished stretching I think she's about on her 2nd or 3rd week of flower recovering from a pH issue I had from the DWC bucket getting to hot an raising in ph.
Everything is fine other than some fan leafs being injured & recovering, an the lower part not getting that much light, here comes my question

Would it be ok to SCROG it now so I wouldn't have to raise the light anymore?, which I don't think I can anyway, an I will be cutting off some of the lower branches an fan leafs the ones that mostly look like pale leafs,
Would this harm her in any bad way like she might hermi or something like that?

well if your in 2nd or 3rd wk the main stretch is over but a plant will continue to grow till at least wk 6 and 7 the older they get the slower they grow. if your already at your limit on space it would be best to fix it now than trying to get by and find out your out of room.

You can crop without any problem, but the later you start, the more in cola development you will lose which is pretty obvious. It will not hermie the plant. Can you bend the plant, or even move the light to the side. That is what I would try to do first. Good luck

I started bending today, I forgot to add I have another plant getting ready to harvest, it's about 1-2 weeks from harvest, I'm assuming I don't have a way of checking the trichomes, once I get that lady out the tent I will have more room to move an bend some leafs an stems so I can get light to the bottom an make sure the top branches don't touch my LED panel

^naw the roots are fine, I don't think she'd stretch this big if it was root rot, an the roots are white, and very healthy looking!
