Heat stress or light stress

Hello, just starting my 1st grow, I have the same Phlizon light as yours. Did you use the cobs and veg. lights for the whole cycle or did you just use the veg lights for vegging. I have read several glowing reviews which convinced me to buy these lights. Most said use the lights on full power, but they are intense, Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Too late to change my setup so I want to make this succeed. I have a 4' x4' x6'6" tent. thanks

Yea the veg lights are all you need for the Veg period 100%. I am on my second grow now with the 2000w Phlizon and in the same tent size, and I found the first time I had it to low and also I stopped weaving the plant into my SCROG to early I should have kept tucking for another week. But the specs say that the sweat spot is like 38" or something hell no... I strapped it right to the roof of my tent and the girls are loving it.
The trick is with flowering is you want to try to double your light so once you flip to 12/12 and start your flower period you run the COBS and veg lighting.

Thanks, I am growing two Royal Gorillas and two Glueberry . Just don't want to fry them, lol.

I guess in Veg you could keep them a little bit closer to the canopy as the cob's arnt on.. but for sure in flower keep them a good 3 feet or 4. But I always say now the safest thing to do is put your light at the top of your space.. and let the plant grow into the space they way they will, and you'll never be guilty of hitting your girls with to much light again.
