Heat Stress What To Do?

So I have posted a few times here about problems, but seems like I narrowed it down to heat stress. I switched to LED and it has kept it cooler, problem is my ventilation is venting to the same room. Though I keep the house 70f the office where I have my grow is really hot, due to a sliding glass door not properly inoculated. I just bought weather sealing tape and hopefully the room will stay cooler now. But is there anything else I can do? I currently have a 6" active air sucking quite a bit of air out of the tent with a regular fan on the floor blowing fresh air toward the intake hole. I don't know what else to do. Will the leaves recover? They are cuping/curling a little bit on the bottom leaves and starting to on the top ones. The plant is only 2 weeks old.

I am a little confused... You are running AC in your house, and you have central air ducting right? And there is a duct in your office right? And it is very hot outside the house?

It does get rather hot out maybe low 80s out side, I have AC, just my office is badly inoculated and gets hotter than the rest of the house that stays 70, my office is like 78. Gets even hotter when venting into it.

As you seen my questions about the yellow on a leaf and some curling leaves, I seen my tent get in the high 80s even 90 at one point. The LED took some of the heat down but it still remains rather hot, get 80f earlier today. Idk if I am just not circulating enough air or what.

try experiment closing many of the vents in your house, this will force more cold air into your office vent. Keep office door open at all times

If that experiment fails, Install a squirrel fan on your office door to keep fresh air pulling thru your office vent constantly.
