is there anything i need to do for the plant to "revive" it from the heat stress, or just keep the room at the right temp?

it seems like it hasnt grown since the heat got high about 5 days ago

what should the temp be under the light? Is this where i should measure temp, or is just measuring the room temp ok?

I've had some plants stall on me because of heat stress and it took about a week for them to start growing again. As long as the temps are fixed then you should be fine. Try not to let them get above 90 at the tops of the plants or it'll probably start to burn them as well. Just put your hand in there under the light right above the plants and if it's not too hot for your hand then it should be ok. Try to set up the thermometer as close as you can to top of the canopy without being in direct light, that should give you the best idea of your temps.. just do your best and you should be fine.
