Heat, under, or over watered

What told you the PH is off? What told you they are over fed? (Tryin to learn)
from my experience I have never had a plant with hanging leaves when the ph is correct the fan leaves should be spread out gathering light ( and of course it is very easy to slip out of optimal ph)...when drooping the plant is protecting itself from the light...I choose underwatering because the tops of the plant are starting to lay over as well she looks exhausted...in my experience overwatering just curls the leaves a little bit...unless it is overwatered with a ph problem...and I never said over fed

My leaves hang like that everyte they need water and the ph soil is always around 6.3
