So far the heat hasn't really affected my plant, it grows outdoors, but they are calling for ut to be above 100 for the next 5 days. I water it at night but afraid that it ( the heat may really hurt it ) WHAT CAN I DO ????

They will make it 5 days, I would think. Just make sure they have lots of water. and do not water them during the sunny part of the day. I would water them during the morning. If you have something that would Mist them during the day, that might help keep them cool. But then again, I am not sure it would not damage them, because of the magnified light coming through the water particals.

from roughly 11am-2pm is when the sun is at its hottest can u put something to block the direct sunlight to the plant at the the above times. This should help gt

I gues I should have stated all the facts, it only gets morning sun from about 8 am - 11 am and then its in the shade the rest of the day, its just that I am worried about the heat. Have worked hard to get this one growing and its about 4' now.
