heater for grow tent

I live in a very cold climate and it gets cold when lights off. Need heater for a 4x4x6 tent for when lights are off. I usually do my runs in a larger room with a tall oil filled heater, but looking for something new, smaller if possible .
What do you guys use for tents? Any recommendations for heaters?

I am in the wet part of Oregon, temps here have dipped into the low 40s & upper 30s.
I use a pair of Peets boot dryers. Working on keeping it right at 70ish. Metal grow cabinets with rigid foam panels on the outside.
Plan--Do--Check--Act.

General Mattis, is it really you?

I second the oil heater as there is no light from a hot element ..
Also safer

I just had a slightly early harvest due to cold Temps

Thermal mass.

Still need a means to heat the mass.

But mass and insulation will make whatever heater you use more efficient.

As a side note the thermal mass can act against you if you get it hot it takes a lot to cool I E summer

If you have a passive air intake then put a heater outside the tent. I made the mistake of putting it in the tent for a few nights and it dried the shit out of the plants. Always be careful with electric heaters if you can use a oil electric.. the ones that look like the old cast iron steam radiators of back in the day...

I do have a oil filled heater now, I think I will just put it outside the intake.maybe even put a fan behind the heater, and put it on the same thermostat as the heater, transer the heat more efficiently is the idea
