Heater options for grow tent

So my grow is outside in a wooden shed. No heating in the shed. Inside the wooden shed theres a grow tent. At the moment where i live outside max temps are 6-12 in the day and at night 1-4 degrees. I have my lights running during the night time when the temps are low which helps a good bit.
When the lights are on temp gets up to 18-20 degrees. but during the day they fall down to 8 degrees sometimes. With the winter coming it's just going to get worse. I've got a s6 ac infinity running as my fan. At the moment I only run it at speed 2 but its still a strong enough fan than it drops the temp too much so I have the fan intermittenly on during the night. I also have a 200 watt dehydrator that helps a lot but only brings up the temperature by 2 degrees. also to mention it would be good to have a solution that doesnt require to much electricity as I've all ready been given out to that I'm using too much electricity at the moment. For this, I don't mind running the operation on the lower side of temps .
At the moment my exhaust is just going into the shed, not the outside. But I think I'm going to drill a hole in the side of the shed for the exhaust which will drop the temps further. Also to mention I'm 15 days into flower

yes recirculating the heat might help to keep temps up.

have you considered insulating the shed and raising your tent up off the floor?

another option is to insulate the shed, and then build an insulted room inside the shed for your tent to be put inside.

having this double skin of insulation will help to keep temps more stable.

I too had issues with heat. I put a heater in the tent that is controlled with temp sensors so it will kick on when temps dip, if the get to high the fan kicks on to vent out through carbon filter.

Keep in mind, when you add a heater, the relative humidity will drop. Similar to your house in the winter. If the temperature is raised a big amount amount relative to the outside temp, the relative humidity can get down to about 2-5%. That's dryer than a desert.
