Heating pad questions G

[SUP]​[/SUP]Hey guys please share your thoughts this is my first night using a heating pad to try and keep my small grow box warm at night last night the temps dipped to 58 degrees, I can contol the temps when lights are on anywhere from 65 to 95 degrees I chose to running 75 degrees and it says dead on all day. But I am using this heating pad to hopefully raise the temps in the box to 65 at night. The pad hits 88 degrees which the seedling are on. The soil is not 88 degrees but maybe 70. I want to know what you guys think. The seedlings are 11 days old but the cold is getting to them one is getting light purpling and slowed growth so the cold is surely getting to them seedlings do not like the cold at such a young age. Really what I'm asking is what do you guys think how would you go about this?

Am I taking the right approach? Think this will cause any harm? This is a small micro grow btw the box is 30inches tall 25 inches wide and 25 inches deep. I am hoping to fit 2 girls low-stress trained to the max in this box.

If you're using an exhaust fan sounds like your fan is sucking out faster than the heater can heat, try slowing your exhaust fan a bit with a speed control 'till you reach the proper conditions. all you need is constant circulation.doesn't have to be too strong.

The exhaust fan is off at nights and yes I do control the exhaust fan. I can control the temps while the lights are on from 65 to 95, I have the exhaust set so it stays at 75 degrees, when the lights go off so does the fans and the temps drop to 58 so I'm hoping that while the fans are off I can use a heating pad to warm the room to 65 so it's only a 10degree difference from day and night what I want to know is if I at least keep the roots warmer will it help even if the air temp doesn't this is the first night trying this please your thoughts 80 views and one post.. Can someone please post there thoughts. Do you think I will do any damage to my roots?

Not sure why you would turn off the fan at night, plants need constant air circulation, day and night.

Feedback: well it worked last nights temps where 63 and the soil is still slightly warm to the touch, plants have picked up where they left off and the stunted growth has seemed to stop.

Another update: they look great and bounced right back and the growth is unbelievable for only a couple of hours.
