Heating Problem

I'm clearly having heating problems.
Theyre freshly germinated, still in soil so I don't think its a huge problem atm, keeping the soil moist.
I'm running 150w CFL, and a 24inch florescent tube, and plan on adding another 24inch florescent tube. I only have a 10 inch fan, may get a bigger one because it seems necessary.
I'm running stealth from my closet. Only 2 plants.
Just wondering a couple of suggestions. Without getting it too costly.

Temperture went up to around 35 degrees celcius. (Edit LOL forgot)

I've managed to bring it down to around 28.3 degrees celcius but still would like to add another light which will probably increase temperture ughh :(

Describe your setup ore and post pics if you can and I can try and help as much as I can just cant quite understand the real problem, besides heat because 35 degrees Celsius I think is 94 degrees Fahrenheit? Lol.
That's way too hot;
However, 28 is just about where you want to be.
I'd say anywhere between like high 70's-90 is pretty good.
I'm growing outdoors this time and it's been 90 here in IN the past few days, I watered them yesterday;
They've gotten so much bigger!!
They are loving it=]
I thought it would be too hot but I think they actually really liked having it hot like that every now and again, as long as they had some water=]

depending on how stealth your operation is there are a few things you can do
cut an exhaust hole in the top of ur cab so hot air can escape and have an intake, jsut get sum lil pc fans even

and ur temps arent the end of the world, theyr gunna be aight with 30-34degree temps, but anyhting over that and its gunna get bad
