Are there anyother country folk heating there house/ grow room with a wood stove?
Do you think the small amount of smoke that comes out when you put more wood in would affect my ladys they are only 7 feet from my potbelly stove?
Also wouldnt it put off more co2

I have always heated my house with a wood burner. Doubt the smoke is any worries. Unless its enough to bother you, then it may bother your plants. A plus is the constant supply of fresh air flowing through the house. A negative is the extremely dry air it can create. Nothing a small humidifier cant remedy in most grows....

A pot of water on top of the wood stove will help raise the humidity.

A small amount of smoke wont hurt. And yes there is a small addition of co2 and also CO though. The light fire gives off will mess with your light schedule if visible from the plants.

The woodburner also provides great ventilation. It is almost always sucking large amount of air out of the house
