I would just like to run a light similar to the mau5 setup. If I can use 4cxb 3590 36v for a 2.5x2.5 foot space what driver would be most efficient?

OZ is so close to China, I would have thought you folks had access to some of the best prices around. I just ordered 24 pin heatsink from my Asian brothers in China. With shipping to the United Kingdom $182. That is a unit price of $7.58. No company in Europe can come anywhere near that price. A lot of American companies charge a premium to ship to Europe that is unjustified in the modern "globalized" economy. When the items arrive here we are then hit with import taxes and handling fees. Like it or not, China is where it is at for cheap manufacturing.

Cheers,
Will

found this heat sink at tme, its the 500m length by 124mm wide and 35mm high, http://www.tme.eu/en/details/rad-a5724_500/radiators/ could one of these fit 2x 36v cxb 3590 @ 1400ma, height and width seem very close to the heatsink usa 5.886 profile, I would buy 2 of these and mount 4 cxb3590 36v, 2 on each and run it with a lgsu 250-c1400 dimmable ballast, possibly with a fan to cool the heatsink, what are your thought?s

I happen to know the "chick" that was lied to in November 2015, but I will let that slide and just inform to avoid any more false assumptions regarding international shipping. The rate you show in your receipt is actually lower than what they would have been charged to ship the heatsinks, so they would have lost money on that sale. A 16 lb package shipped to country group 10 via USPS International (which is the most cost effective option in the states by far) would actually cost 118.55 USD to ship. They have no control over international shipping costs whatsoever. The reason the material costs are so much lower than the shipping is because their prices are extraordinarily reasonable. Here is a copy of USPS's current pricing for your reference.

I'm going to assume that you are heatsink USA employee? Do you have plans to manufacture the pin sinks anytime in the future? I'm local and can pick up @ factory.

It would make more sense for them to manufacture radial heatsinks, since they are also extruded and easily cut to length.

If you're a Heatsink USA employee you should put some of the more popular lengths that people are buying and join Amazon as a merchant. 37% savings on UPS shipping .

They have no plans to sell pin sinks at this time. I think this is on the radar for the future, but a suitable and cost-effective (aluminum/copper forging) supplier would have to be found and so far that is not a viable option in our area. I do not want to say too much here that would be interpreted as advertising, I have no wish to violate forum rules.

I don't know much about heatsinks or LEDs ..I'm slowly learning, those radials look like they would cool much easier than the pinsinks..they look cool too.

They tried Amazon (for over a year all of their profiles/lengths were listed) and it just did not produce results, their platform is not suitable for customized products, the fees are high and the options for customizing shipping options are even worse.

Tme.eu are pretty well priced for heatsinks. I paid £7 delivery from Poland to England for a 1000x165x35mm heatsink
I have used TME as well. They are very reasonable. They also sell profiles that are cut into 100mm x 100mm pieces that worked great for my passive CXA2530 Veg fixture.
These Chaps are worth a gander at as well if your in the E.U. www.reichelt.com They stock all sorts of goodies that maybe of interest to us grow nerds.

Cheers,
Will
