i am still wondering if your problem could be your soil. you said theres compost in it? seedlings dont need any form of fert or nute and this can stunt them.

Yes light is your problem, and that soil sounds kinda shitty, anything with sand is a no no and any kind of wetting agent... I am a first time grower but I am unhappy with the soil I have. So I will not recommend miracle grow moisture control, but I have heard great things about fox farm and some others. Look for one that is really neutral and made up of simple understandable ingredients.

fox farm has nutrients in it too, im tellin ya, try just growing a new plant in a small cup of neutral yard soil for two weeks, it will surpass this guy in one

i know have ffof. should i transplant them into fox farms or should i start over?

If I were you I would wait a little longer to transplant, those guys probably don't have the roots or strength to handle to shock. Perhaps give them another week, or watch their growth once they get around three sets of developed leaves they will probably have a strong enough roots structure to move. Just keep them happy, if you see green your doing something right!

well i put one in ffof. and when i got home today. at 7 u could tell it grew. hey post in my other thread. didnt mean to make two. look for hey guys
