Haha ok well first off hey all! Secondly, this is my first grow, i was actually put up to a bet when my friend got a seed and bet me $200 i couldnt grow it with standard..um "supplies" that i have without actually buying anything else. (Yes i know some of you elegant growers are probably shaking your heads in disgust of my insolence to my disrespect of such a beautiful plant 
) but what must be done....must be done lol.
So here goes, im doing somewhat of a make shift hydroponic setup. I used a bucket from a previously cashed N02 workout supplement container. I then chopped the top 1/5 of a 2 liter bottle and cut off the bottle neck. I filled it with about 1/8 pound of prime ahem "naitnoal froset" soil. Light being used are two fluor tubes rated at 60 watts. I know it doesnt look like it, but it is Taiwanese (my friends) and they have some crazy stuff. The other light is a halogen simply to keep the general area at 76 degrees.
I germinated the seed in a paper towel for about 2.5 days and it germinated well. Planted the seed in soil and let it grow for about 3 days. It has now been 5 days since transplantation into the make shift hydro setup. The root is hanging a bit...so i came to the dilemma of getting nutes to it. (this will piss you all off even more, the nute solution is crushed up centrum performance diluted into water.) Obviously i cant buy and pump, or even somewhat decent hydro setup, so here is what i have done. Two paper towels folded to strips so that the solution moves up the paper and once to the upside down bottle it slowly drips down and eventually caresses the root lol. Check the pics on the next post! Haha dont laugh too hard.
