Greetings everyone! After about a month of trying to make an account, I gave up thinking that I could never make an account here. However, today I looked for shits and giggles and WHA-LA! I noticed that rollitup changed the way you register your account and immediately created this. Success!
My husband (Sciεncε was bugging me to make an account here to gain some useful knowledge about growing, and I went on his account to just skim through some of the posts to see what it's all about. I'm very happy with making an account and hopefully I will gain even MORE knowledge than ever here
Anyway, I figure I'll let you all know what I am about! I'm a happily married woman and a woman who likes to toke... often!
My husband and I are currently playing around with a home-grown hydroponic hempy-bucket setup! By the way, without this website, my hubby and I would be stuck on google all night researching about growing, this is where we actually got most of our knowledge on growing at! So, a big THANKS! to all of you! Our two lonesome females, however actually flowering right now (I do not know how long... I never wrote down the exact day we planted...). We started off with a few more, however sadly, they were males and we reluctantly plucked them. The beautiful babes are coming along nicely!
We have our two lonesome babes underneath 2 CFLs that are 55 WATTS each. We understand that this is not the IDEAL way to go... but quite affordable! On top of the lights, the small closet space is wrapped in mylar and we have a small glass jar that has some water in it to help the humidity. We do not have a temperature reader, but from what I feel walking in there, it is fairly warm. Not too dry, not too humid, not too hot, not too cold, just right! Also, we have a small fan that we purchased from a dollar store in there that isn't that strong, but it still moves the plants around healthily.
On top of all this, we use a nutrient solution that uses 1.5 TBSP per GAL. of tap water (I always like to air out the water jug prior to watering as I like to think it evaporates all of the unwanted substances in it...) and we water them roughly every two days, especially since they are in flower, they seem to suck up the solution rather quickly as their leaves perk up to the light aggressively.
Thats me and my grow! Please- ANY input at all is GREATLY appreciated!
