im looking to get some seeds or clones please contact me if you know how i could get some?

Grab your seeds from a seed bank in Europe, but do your research first, such as which seed banks are trustworthy, reliable as far as their products, provide best discreet shipping etc etc. Also research the methods of ordering them online, like stuff on how to get them posted to a mates address and not to your house, which is best payment method that is untraceable.

One of my top advices I like to give is DO NOT order direct from Amsterdam, I just sense that mail is flagged at customs when they see a Netherlands postage stamp or return address

I have used 3 in my time to get seeds to Australia. Planet Skunk, Demon Seeds and Barneys Seeds, I have had best luck with Barneys

Which ones do i use in veg and how much

I don't grow Autos, but from my readings over the years HPS all the way as they are pretty much in the flower stage straight away that you want the red spectrum that is associated with HPS. The wattage depends on how many plants you want to grow in one area, what your fresh air exchange is like, etc etc. but typically I grow with 600w as they provide the best lumens per watt
