Hello from Phoenix

Hi all,

I'm a long term lurker but first time poster, I just moved to Phoenix and I'm debating growing for the first time since I don't know anyone down here and have no reliable way of getting bud (growing is not my first or second choice for getting bud but I have no other way of getting it since I don't know anyone down here...any other suggestions would be appreachiated).

I'd love to try to grow inside but I don't think it will be feasible, so if I were grow outside what is the likely hood that I'd be able to get plants that produce? I travel a lot for work so watering could be a problem for me as I often travel for 3-4 day in a row. Thanks in advance...

an o of some dank is around 350 in phoenix and its not hard to find at all. but if you wanna grow just look at if its worth your investment plus here your lucky if your house is 80 degrees let a lone a grow room running lights.

Hey Zabonisk, welcome to the forums.

I think an outside grow could work well for you. I used to live in the Southern Hemisphere where weather conditions are kind of similar and I know that outside growing is really common and generally successful in Australia and NZ. When I grew outside my plant was very forgiving of all my newbie mistakes and thrived. When I used to go away for a few days I would just water my plant really thoroughly and move the pot to a shadier area and it seemed to do just fine - in truth, it was probably glad to get a break from my excessive watering. You could also try those water-retaining crystals. Thinking about it though, your plant wouldn't be ready to harvest for a while anyway and by then I'm sure you'll have gotten to know more people in your area and made some contacts.

Thanks for your reply, my problem is not that I want to grow; cause I'd really rather not, (esp since I can't do it inside with kids at home) my problem is that I don't have a good connection down here and since I'm not in town much and when I am I'm at home w/ the family I don't get a chance to meet anyone.

If you were to recommend a type to grow out here in PHX, what would it be espcally considering it will be outside 100% of the time.

well if you started outside right now you can get some monsters. if phoenix has anything its alot of sun haha =]
oh but if you find a good hook up try and get some phoenix suns purple its straight purple and orange some of the dankist shit i seen

i used to get 350# of mids in casa grade and take them to ohio and move them for 1600#. az does have some great stuff!
