Hello from South Texas

So, it has been awhile since I visited this thread.
I had to get some soil mixed up, and life.
Anyway, Starting seeds, suck........!
I have all this awesome soil now, And I can't start seeds to save my life.
Damn things are so sensitive to water, I really am having an issue with overwatering. And as a result, I keep killing my little babies.
This is more a rant, than a plea for help. But I really can use some help here.

I do have some. They are going to transplant into after I got some beans started..

I pop beans in a jiffy puck, then when I see the taproot coming out the bottom, I plant into the sip. Don't bury the whole puck, leave 1/4" above the soil.
