I have a few questions:

What if you don't get medical records from your doctor? Can't you sign a waiver on the spot for the doctor to pull your records? Perhaps for an additional fee?
I'm just wondering if three separate trips to Danvers are avoidable. Not to mention, I'm trying to help a few different people get their cards right now, so that would be difficult to bring every one of them three times each. I also know for certain that one is uncomfortable asking her her primary about mmj, and she has reason to believe he would refuse to sign any papers anyway.
Would he know if she received her card?

Also, are plants limited by household or patient? Meaning if three or four cardholders lived in one house, could they theoretically have six plants each or whatever the limit is?

And finally, what are the rules on supplying dispensaries? I know that we may be a long while away from dispensaries, but how do they limit your plant numbers if you sell to a dispensary?

I can tell you one thing about supplying to dispensaries. I read in the WSJ that you will have to pay 50-75% federal tax on the money you make selling to dispensaries.

Have fun with that.

I think the fed's are trying to make it not even worth it, and it wouldn't be at those tax rates. After all your expenses I don't think you would have much to show for your time and effort.

You can't sell to a dispensary in MA. It is illegal

I will however get my license in Mass, and be able to provide for patients in Mass as well. I have a residence in both states.

If in the mean time anyone needs clones now or in the future, I have very solid strains in my cloner.

If they say it's still federally illegal (which technically means nothing since it's not lawful or unlawful, but that's another topic), how can they tax it? Kinda like having their cake and eating it too... I guess that's typical of the feds though.

But seriously, what I mean is how is it handled in most other states? I know you can grow for them elsewhere. Do they limit your plants based on that or by how many patients you have? The way it looks right now from what I was reading in this thread https://www.rollitup.org/massachusetts-patients/607488-any-tips-getting-patient-card-6.html#post8996722, I believe it was you who said we may not be doing any home-growing in Massachusetts at all in another year or so.

What I want to say:

Fuck the IRS. They're a private corporation. Filing your income tax is a matter or voluntary participation. They have no lawful jurisdiction over you as a sovereign man or even as a citizen of the US because we have determined that there is "no taxation without representation."

Of course, what I'm really saying is:

Shit, I'm never gonna own a dispensary anyway........... and fuck the IRS.

Can you become a caregiver in ma legally. Yet. How can you regidter yoir cg in ma if all there e is at the Time written recommendation

The only thing that sucks in ma is you can only be a care giver to one yes one patient. Good luck with that. One exception, you may be a care giver for up to five immediate family members. Parents, Children,Spouses and In-laws that's it. So there's NO money or career to be made in ma growing. Unless you have 500k liquid asset. And 1M to get a real facility set up. That's what's required by the state. Sorry guys.
