yes, its the same thing that should stop a seed bank from advertising sales on US servers in general. But it doesn't. So what don't you get about US law?? Once an item is placed in a trash receptacle it becomes public property under US law.
it's not illegal to advertise.
got the balls to set-up deals on our website, now his women is gonna turn him into a bitch about it.

personally I think banning someone for offering to give away a seed when YOUR SPONSORS do the same thing 24/7 on this site is wrong, but thats just me.

I would suggest making your FORUM RULES available on the FORUM somewhere, instead of making them inaccessible once you join. Then people wouldn't need to see that thread to understand why "someone got banned" they could just read the rules instead.

I like this guy so I will help him out here.
Advertising a seed bank: Person A sends Person B to Foreign Place (Not RIU) = Legal
What You Think Happened: Touchet and Merk send PMs on RIU and the deal was done on here = Not Legal
What They Said happened: Touchet and Merk did the deal via the telephone actually, so technically all he did was ask for Merks number. Therefore Touchet is not dealing on-site, he sent merk off-site which is essentialy what you do when you link someone to a different site.
Before you argue this fact let me state this, He did infact tell everybody he was going to send him the seeds, but think of it this way. People talk about selling/buying pot on here but it isnt against the rules because they do not do the deal here, it is against the rules but if you ban one you should have to ban them all - I say you let Touchet stay he has some good wisdom, and he meant no harm. I also propose making a sticky of the rules.
