Help, 1st plant is driving me nuts

Happy Holidays everyone....

My plant lookin kinda sickly. As can be seen
It is in 3nd week of 12x12 timing, 11th week of capitivity.
My 1st indoor grow is in the closet. About 25% of my leaves on the bottom half of my plant are wilted and curled and very dark green in color and looking quite anemic.
I started with a (a guess) Green Crack clone from a local dispensary.
I transplanted it to a Miracle Gro Moister Control potting mix. Which I found out needs constant watering or the whole plant will start drooping badly by the 2nd day after soaking.
Watering is either with rainwater or RO
Gave her some nukes (1 gal) spread thru the 6th-9th wk.
I’m using (2) 42 watt CFLs and (1)24 watt for lighting with alternate placements.
Small fan blowing most of the time.
I could not find one picture of similar problem leaves anywhere, so decided to try posting my pictures
Anyone out there know what I did wrong?? A diagnosis would be sincerely appreciated

apart from not getting enough light to the bottom of the plant - it looks lovely to me ? if you look in pic 3, it is deffo very dark around the leaves in question ? hope that helps =)

get the lights closer..

they can be like an inch away from the plant, try and get one near the bottom too, seems like not enough light at the bottom of the plant in pic 3

I can't be totally sure, but I think it could be a magnesium deficiency. Or you could not have enough light, like the other guys have said. agreed. lighting is bad. honestly if ur trying to go cheap. go to walmart they sell grow lights. they are like 5$ a bulb and the other par is like 10$ also they have grow light strips like long tubing instead of a bulb. u get a few of the strips running under ur plant and the bulbs above u will be good. my first operation was in a trash can in my closet to hide it from my parents hahaha u can get away with cheap stuff if u get the lighting rt.

Is the one fan the only air movement you got going ? If so do some of the leaves feel a little crisp?

Went through the pics again and noticed a little eagle clawing on some of the leaves. Had that same problem one time and turns out my ph was fucked. Check the ph and see if it needs some tweeking.

Forgot to mention the dilapidated leaves 1st appeared long ago, when the plant was much thinner. It has progressively gotton worse despite always placing one lamp at the middle of the plant. I saw one picture in the one of the stickies that kind of looked like, lack of iron.

have one table fan and one charcoal ionizer that I will try to stop the odors that will come.

yes all the underdeveloped new leaves are crisp, curled on their sides, with little substance.

rreign.....tried some more nutes
jooish.....will add some more lighting soon

forgot to mention I royally screwed the light cycles all up, so maybe my girl doesn't know if she is coming or going.
after the 8th week of veg I tried 3 days of 24x0 because her growth was so stunted. She did not respond, so I went to 12x12 and set her up to get the lighting in the evenings (less chance to get discovered)
