Hey y’all finally moved into my new tent which is a 4x4. I recently purchased another 1200 w led to add to the first one I bought will it be enough for 5-6 plant through flower? This is a big concern for me seeing as I just spent the money to add another light that might not get me through flower

You have to measure the light or otherwise its a guess.

I recommend a lux meter.

You need enough light that'll produce at least 50,000 LUX. Two feet from the face of the light.

There's two ways to use it. Light on full power raised or lowered. Or a stationary light with a dimmer function.

I think it certainly would help. One thing to keep in mind with some LED lights, is the true wattage is often significantly lower than the one they put in the title. I started out growing with a "600W" purple or "blurple" light which actually only pulled a little over 100W at the wall. I could grow and harvest four plants with no issue. But, the flowers were small, wispy. and probably not living up to their potency potential.

Unless something really bad happens, I think you'll get through flower. Lights are extremely important. But, there are plenty of other factors which play into the kind of final product you will end up with.

post up what the output current on that led is.

i actually just bought a V300 vipar to mess around with for veg and it's actual draw from the wall is 132watts

16 sq ft you want about 640 total ACTUAL watts. not advertised watts

That's 500 watts of blurple...
Wow. That is a lot of juice considering the plan is to use two of them. OP, since you're running blurples, I highly recommend these grow glasses from VIVOSUN. They make the plants appear like they are under natural light (good for use as a camera filter too). Grow lights can really hurt the eyes:
