Help a Brother out please!

My plants seem to be getting worse. Originally I thought it was nitro deficiency, i tried mild nutes, with no avail.
They are Dutch Treat Autos, the bottom yellow leaves on the one plant do seem like nitro def, but the second plant I have no idea? Ill post two images of about 2 weeks ago, and 2 just taken. If an exp grower could throw me some tips that would be great!

Also the plant with the strange spots on the leaves, im not sure what that is cause from either.

Bottom leaves may do this when not in optimum growing conditions. What's more important is new growth, your looking good there. Grow Big!!!

feed @ 1/4 strength for a while see what happens

How often are you watering them and how much?.
