Help a newbie!! new leaves tips yellowing/curling down

Hi I hope I can have some help from the experts here... I have 4 plants of about 1 month old, im about to turn into flowering stage but im waiting for a cooltube to arrive so Im going to be able to close the growtent (way too hot in there, and it is getting smelly).

They look pretty good, tall and bushy but since for about 4 days I can notice lower leaves of the plants yellowing and looking like they are dying, and on the tallest one I can notice yellow tips on new growth leaves and curling down a little (on new growth leaves and top/middle leaves of the plant).

Now... I have not feed the plants with no nutes, just tap water (no phed) every 3 or 4 days, just when the soil looks really dry and it was working good til some days ago.

Any advice? Does this will change once I put the plants on 12/12 photoperiod? they look more than prepared for flowering but the f***ing guys from the shop are taking too long with sending the goods.

IM ALL EARS

What soil? Probably hungry. Pale leaves? Also micronutes. You need to know your pH.

Are you using super soil? Unless you're using an amended soil you HAVE to feed them. And you actually already answered your question. It's because you're letting the pots get too dry. That works ok when the plant is still small and the roots aren't really established yet, but once you've got a decent root system, they can't get that dry.

What happens is the bottom leaves start to dry out first, so sometimes you'll go to water and you might not even notice them looking a little droopy. Then you water and everything perks back up....Except some of the bottom fan leaves usually start to yellow off and then die...and then get crispy if you don't pull them off. The heat will eventually stress your plants out as well once they've stopped vegging and start flowering.
