Help... Are these buds ready to harvest???

I'm growing 2 different stains in soil. I'm right at 7 weeks flower at day 49. I don't want to harvest early cause I want to cure them properly. The leafy buds are strawberry diesel and the hairy buds with long pistils are jack herer. Any advice is much appreciated. Pics attached....

I like to wait till my bugs are crawling around a little before I harvest them.

2-4 more weeks on the buds. Maybe more on the white pistil one.

Is it normal for that strawberry diesel strain to have so many leaves in the flower...?
