Help ASAP. What is it?

Ok, so I went to my box this afternoon to check my temps and found what looked like a leaf that has been chewed on. Maybe someone can tell me what it is and how to get rid of it?

My Box is 4'wx2.5dx6'h with 400wHPS. Temp stays around 80f. Humidity around 45-50%. They are clones, approx 4-5 weeks into veg from a club in Calif.

Um still that doesnt really look like a problem unless it starts to spread then yeah worry, but what I do is groom them every morning taking off all bad leaves or cutting parts of leaves if its just a spot.

After I found that leaf, I kept a bit closer eye on the plant and I just found a little black bug with white wings. When I touched the leaf, it flew away. I did some research on the bug I seen and I think they are Thrips. Anyone tell me how to get rid of them?

thrips are easy to kill, spinosad will wipe them out
