Help bug damage

Hi there it's my first grow. It's an outdoor grow in southern Ontario. Got pics with leaf damage not sure what bug is causing this. Got a pic of a bug that I've been seeing some have a purple back not sure if it's the culprate. Also I have been spraying regularly with safers insecticidal soap and doesn't seem to help with this.

Don't count on someone helping you here, and God forbid don't say you are growing a mega crop. It's probably a cicada larva, hello

Aka Cicadellidae aka leaf hopper.

Most insecticides will stop leaf hoppers. Perethryns etc.

just make sure you research some available products before application to make sure they’ll be safe for you at the end of harvest.

Could u help me identify this plz my first ever grow
I have identified this as nothing to worry about - i would carry on and act like this never happened unless you see a lot more showing up very quickly. just chill and live on.
plant looks good and healthy too.

dead serious, Its common for a first time grower to over do every single thing - trust in the plant, keep an eye on it, but dont try to force anything. it honestly looks fine, and ive had that happen as a mutation before - it may not even be bug related.

Given that it looks like a blurple light - i would not recommend moving it more than a foot away from the tops for best performance.

now no more hijacking OP's thread - I saw you have your own thread for this.
