Un-phed or ppm well water. Pots not totally dry, Temps. all over the place. I'd start there.
should I be letting the pots become completely dry before water? Not just the top 1 inch dry before I water. read somewhere it said go down to the first knuckle. if dry then water. but it's never been more than 3-5 days apart. I can wait lil longer if need be

Are you sure the plants are not bruised? I had a similar problem where my plants had certain dead spots while the rest of the leaves were perfectly healthy. It was basically just physical damage done from hitting the leaves with objects while I was moving stuff around my grow room. But it also looks like its lacking nitrogen and nutes.. I'd give it some love, nitrogren, and molasses.

Learn the difference in weight from watered and dry. Also NOT every plant will need the same treatment ( meaning treat each separately - when it comes down to feed and water ) ..... If it needs it fine , if not go to next one.

I run CFL and give each plant the Equivalent of 4 bulbs per plant. Using either a mixed spectrum ( 5000k / 6400k 100w or better each bulb ) 4 way splitter. Vegging prefers a BLUER light there for i use " Daylight or Daytime labeled " either ALL or split with
2700k " Warm " for mix. I use a dedicated lamp for each plant UNTIL i power up the CFL hood.

I dont use fancy water or grizzly bear piss JUST tap . I PH final feed mix at 6.5 and thats it. Your plants actually to me ... Look hungry - ( fade ) possibly from wanting Nitrogen. At this stage nitrogen is main nute for veg growth and branch building. Relax your watering time too. This the time she will build the root mass and the less problems the better.

1" dry in an average of 4 days in a 1 gal.(?) pot( not the worst but not good drainage). Any roots longer than a couple inches are constantly in un-phed well water. I would change water ( rain, store bought RO), and go as long as the plant looks ok between watering this grow. Next grow do a SOIL PROFILE to get your soil right b4 adding beans. I have several posts telling how to do one (it's easy). Work on your soil a little and do the 3 or 4 other thing the posters suggest and your results will improve greatly. Read, read, read. Don't be surprised if next grow a whole new set of challenges pop up. Took me 1 failed, I complete with little bud, and 1 successful grow to get rolling. Good luck.

This next watering I'm using ro water and adding nitrogen.

I pH tested the soil and it's neutral. but then I tested it for nitrogen and it was depleted. So that might big the main cause along with a long list of other things I'm fixing. I'm getting there tho.

I got the temperature of the room steady at 74 degrees now and humidy steady at 62%.

And these will need transplanted. Unfortunately I did not pot these and they are entirely too small (blaming my partner ha). getting bigger pots this week and going to transplant and upgrade the soil. I have to bc these pots are just too small.

I moved the lights back down to 8-10 inches away from the tops of the plants. Heat from the lights and room heat shouldnt be a problem anymore bc of better ventilation to the room and steady temperature and humidy in the room. From what I've read cfls lose lumens with distance. So to get the right amount of food I figured they should be closer.

Lmk if there is anything else. 8)

Thanks everybody for all your help! my stress level has went wayyy down

What height do you recommend keep cfls at? as long the room temperature is kept low you can get them pretty close

Interesting there's a lot of talk about temp and humidity. These are not problems. You need to put in more nutrients when you water. Let the soil dry out, then water again with some nutes. Or just use ffof soil and you probably won't have to add anything.
