Are you soaking them with water? are they sitting in water?

Thats your problem there...too wet. The need to be wet but not soppy wet. When you took the cuttings you didnt get the dome on fast enough and they curled up/ or you left it off for too long at one point...they needed that humidity. My blue dream does this if I dont get the dome on em fast after taking cuttings. THose clones are pretty spent , Id start over: cut the fans shorted next time and squeeze excess water out of the cube after soaking. Make sure they stay warm for faster rooting and no more then 200w over them
