I'm not suggesting a blanket approach, just the plants you're concerned about in the pics. Get good runoff.
Then give some time, let it dry, before deciding on what to do next.
You can always add more nitrogen, later, the following watering.

That's the thing about lockout and deficiency. You never truly can tell. They look the same.
I'd suggest, if you've been doing the above, whilst seeing no improvement and seems to get worse, then it probably isn't deficiency.

Ppms are supposed 1750- 2030 according to fox farm schedule but that’s using all there products I believe

So you think flushing the plants would be a good idea or should I try foliar feeding first

Not a flush, just plain water. 10%+ pot volume's worth of runoff.
If you haven't been watering to runoff, when you feed or water, then I'd say it's partly what you're dealing with.

If it's low on nitrogen and you've been giving full dose, etc, makes sense, no?
After plain water, you might just need a proper feed, the following watering.
Looks hungry for sure!
But I think it's better to play it safe, first, before feeding again. Given your information I've quoted just above.

The grow big npk is 6-4-4 also you mean 10% of the pot size volume as in 10 gallon pots water with 1 gallon

Thank you I appreciate that I’ve grown in the past a super basic grow outdoors with pro mix and cheap nutrients and never had this issue maybe I was lucky back then I didn’t even ph the water or check Ppms

Even if my water is high in ph I do both usually the nutrient lower it enough where I use less oh down

If it's under 7.5, I wouldn't personally bother growing in soil, or potting mix.
Matters a lot more what's actually in the water. 150ppm, or whatever, isn't a lot.

It’s strange that it’s low in Ppm because it’s very sulphury water and the is 8.0

That's ok. About pH6.5 should be good. Some wouldn't even bother.
Your nutrient, I'd follow manufacturers recommendation for pH, though.

So a ph of 8.0 for plain water is fine

And double check your meter and all that. 350ppms isn't much, by any means. You could easily be higher.
If meter checks out...maybe opt for the trio + stick close to the chart dosage / ppm?
Just play it by ear. See how they do after water.

My Bluelab Truncheon's got 0.4 ec / 200ppm 500 scale / 280ppm 700 scale.
.333 sounds about right on the 700 scale?

Fox Farms being overpowered is only for people running weak lights or with shitty environments. Outdoor you can usually run the stuff full strength if not more. I run all General Hydro stuff a little higher than they recommend and it works fine if things are dialed in.
