I just changed out 95% of my dirt and it was like swampwater and smelled like it at the bottom 1/4 of my pots, so at least in my case, it was a combonation of poor drainage and poor dirt to perlite mixture that I hope is fixed now...... So all that flushing wasnt helping at all....... I will take pix and share my experience with this problem with you as It does sound like we have a lot of similarities to this problem.... ok after seeing your whole room , i believe its the same prob as mine just not as bad. WE HAVE TO figure this out, cause mine are worse, now that you say that about your "drainage" that makes me think that those ones with the problems are from sitting water. you cant fix the drainage because that aint the problem, the problem is THOSE plants are not eating like the healthier ones..... no big deal just dont water them until they are COMPLETELY dry , dont take chances either, you should be able to tell by wieght of the bags. If they are not starting to "droop" just a lil then they aint dry all the way. (im sure you have underwatered before, If you see it right away you just give um a drink and they go from droopy to perfect in a couple of hours, its not GREAT for them but it will not hurt at all , like you said in one of the first posts "its better to under than to over water") so just let the smaller yellow ones DRY up then start watering again (very little until they start blowin up and drinkin like the bigger ones.) i am gonna be embarrased if thats my prob too, but hey thats how i know so much.......good luck to you and me!!!!!!
