help DIY LED project

hi

i grow outdoor for 6 years and i want to try indoor this year. My box size is nearly 2 sqft. Is 60w good for my box ?

i want to grow only one small plant : i want to cut the apex to have 4/5 strong sticks.

i have 100/150 usd for this project. i want to make a led system.

One CXB 3590 CD Bin is 53 usd, holder 2 usd, shipping 10 usd... the driver and the heating system nearly 50 usd.

What do you think of this project ? i want your opinions.

You could save a little money by using Bridgelux Vero29 instead of Cree CXB. When you drive your COB at 60+ watts the Vero29 is almost as efficient as Cree CXB. Cree really shines when driving them at low currents ( below 50 watts) and Vero29 is pretty stable ~40ish% when driven at higher currents.
