Help! DWC Impressive Veg - Embarrassing Yeilds

Did you ever figure out what the problem was? My plants looks almost identical to yours with the long leaf stems and almost nothing budwise. I get a beatiful veg, flowers start to come when they're supposed to and then they sit there and do almost nothing for 5-6 weeks. I've switched my lights and genetics, now its on to nutrients. My soil flowers in the tent right next to the dwc are huge and beautiful. Idk.

If you have soil plants doing well then we can eliminate weak lighting or bad environment. So definitely look at your feed. What exactly is your feed mix and final PPM? You have any pics of the plants?

This is one of the plants that just finished 5 weeks. The exact same strain in the same room but in soil instead of hydro looks beautiful with much larger buds. This is the 3rd hydro grow in a row with this issue. I've changed lights, genetics, and even moved from regular GH 3 part in my previous grows to using the Lucas Formula of 8/16 ml per gallon. My temp is on point @ ~72, water temp at ~68-70 with plenty of air. Roots are a little stained from the GH but otherwise look great. At this point the only thing I can say for sure is that the plants are not eating the nutrients. I refilled the buckets 2 days ago with a reduced ppm of 750-800 and now its sitting at 1100. WTF is going on?
