HELP! Dying plant

had a random pink light for growing now that it’s dying i bought a grow light because it’s pretty bad , watered today because it was dry and just got this light so i’m leavening them on it untill about 11 the sitting them in a window seal with a fan untill 11 in the morning do you think it will be fine and if it’s not what else can i do ? :( other one is just fine tho

It looks like it was just watered. They’ll droop and bounce back. Get that light pretty close. It’s not very powerful. (Not that you need a ton of light at this stage cuz you don’t.)

this plant was right next too my other plant with indoor lights but one started too die so now ive switched too just outdoor sunlight because one was dying but it still hasnt came back , green leafs but very droopy i need help asap!

Looks like the second one is dampening off. Overwatered? Switching from LED to outdoor sunlight is like switching from a flashlight to some high beams. The outdoor sun is much more intense.

they’ve only been out there a little more than a hour what would you suggest?

I mean if it was me I wouldn't ever bring my plants outdoors and then back indoors. The second picture looks like it won't recover but crazier things have happened. How often you water?

My suggestions would be to get a soil with or add more perlite to a new mixture. It needs more drainage. If the cups don't have drain holes add them. And plant some new seeds.

The first picture could still recover. What kind of soil is that?

honestly not sure what kind of soil pretty sure some walmart stuff tho and the cups have drain holes sadly thoes we’re my only seeds
