Hello All
By now you may have heard there is a dispensary in Glendale that has been given the Green light to operate a dispensary in Arizona. What does this mean? It means patients within 25 miles of the dispensary will be denied authorization to cultivate. This will not effect patients out side of 25 miles. Nor will this effect caregivers with patients outside of the 25 mile zone regardless of the residence of the caregiver.
We need to come together now of all times...
I will bet you a nickel there will be a lot of patient/caregivers arrested in the days to come. Folks renewing may want to consult with a lawyer before processing their paper work with the AzDHS - you will be denied to cultivate. PERIOD. Whether or not talking to a lawyer will help, it is a great idea if you are currently cultivating and need to renew. The expect patients/caregivers to renew within 3 months prior to their expiration date - Why? Not the issue. What is the issue now is coming together and fighting against the dispensary who will be taking ALL patient/caregiver authorization to cultivate. This will be no cheap battle. I am willing to stand in the front of the crowd if folks are willing to stand behind me as this train derails......
How to help ?
