I'm sorry but both are not possible for me... My box is very small 40x40 so I need a tiny light.

What do you think about these options:

Don't run DWC it can't be done on your budget. Run Coco or dirt. Spend the bulk of your budget on a light and cheap out on everything else

or maybe look for hlg 100w. I made the mistake of buying a mars hydro led. 150w for 200$. i then bought a 600w hps for 180$ and it is rocking these plants...Electricity is very cheap here though...

This one's dimensions, wattage, and price are almost the exact same as my Phlizon and the Phlizon has more reviews. Also I found it because it has been listed by multiple top 10 lists of grow lights.
