help freind went to jail

my freind got pulled over today when i was not there. freind drove his car to park and ride and gave me keys he was arrested and taken away. I live in washington if that helps will he get out of jail tonight he had 28grams on him scale and preweight bags someone help will i get to pick him up tonight.

im not american but id assume hed go infront of the judge or whoever in the morning to see what oir if theres a bail. then back to the cell till someone coughs up. is how it goes up here.

Hes gonna be charged with sales most likely , im pretty sure i got charged with it once for having it sealed in an airtight container and having bags on me. Another was when i got caught with some weed with just an airtight container. So if he has a scale i bet its probably gonna be sales. Maybe its different in other states i live in C.A.

well i was researching and it is 90days in washignton geting cought selling with under 41gs so i guess i will see him in 90 days but i got his car keys. Idn when he will get out dont now if i should go to bed or wait for a call to pick him up from jail. idk if you call me dum im just trying to look out for a freind in a unfair goverment banning canibus and canibus smokers if it was not for are dum goverment banning canibus none of this would happen. i dont like the feeling i am doing sompthing wrong and have to hide from the law.

he dose not have a house and dos not now how mutch weed he is going to sell that day. i always lock my shit in the glove box i told him to do. now he has learned his lesson will prob be alot more carefull now.

Friends who bring food over to eat (I dont eat much anymore and never the kind of food people my age eat (would make me sick Even with weed!)), they always get mad when I dont have plastic bags for food. They are always like "Why the hell dont you have sandwich bags!" and i'm like "Cause good luck trying to say I deal because I grow my own medicine if I don't even have sandwich bags!" I'm paranoid like that, and anyway i dont eat sandwiches!

i picked him up from jail he got a misdimener cop didint find the 2 scales locked in glove box all he took was the half. my freind still had seperat bags of weed but they let him out we will see what happens at court!! will he get 90days for having weed in 3 bags or not atleast they didint find the scales.

which one do you think i am his provider should i lay low or what but i dont think he would sell me out. i am his best freind from high school and to this day would never rat me out maby my rivals!!
