Help! Harvest ready?

One plant has pistils that have mostly started turning orange and shrinking but the buds still seem pitifully unfilled. Was wondering if anyone could tell from the pictures what they thought / how far away from harvest am I?
The first pics are of the unfilled plant. The second pair are of another plant that seems closer to harvest planning on cutting her in the next few days. (Pics are a few days old)

You should be checking trichomes, they don't look ready. Looks like you have a bunch of white pistills still forming and they need to receed to allow the buds to fatten up.
