help help!!!!!

Im in my second week of bloom and much plants look like they r over watered but the soil was dry so i was assuming that the plant leaves were so droopy because of not enough water. So i added water and they r still droopy! Could this be because i didnt water enough. Or could to high humidity cause the leaves to look like they r overwatered???

They can get droopy from being underwatered as well. But usually when thats the case they spring back in about half hour after watering. Do you have any pics?
