Hi, If you cut a hole somewhere, just make a box to place over the hole. What side you place the box is up to you.. Make an extension on the box downwards, this will be the intake on the box. Make sure the width of the box is matched with the withdh of the extension. the box doesnt have to be bigger than the hole, and not thicker than 5-6 cm. you can also put on a screen to stop insects from getting in. Clue is that the extension on the box is pointing down and are more than 20 cm. Ligth will stop at the entrance of the extension and the shadow will stop ligth from entering the hole. Same as you would do with a window
