Hi everyone. My buddy is having an issue in his garden. I’ve never seen anything like this before.

What kind of bugs? Would AzaMax be a good treatment? Ive never seen this before.

Is it fungus gnats? I do see little black bugs flying around.

no one out there knows what this rusty powdery mildew is that messes up the new growth??

Look on the underside of the leaves for bugs.

Its creating some new weird growth. No bugs underneath the leaves...
